By registering for a free trial or subscribing to CareFlow Pro, KidsCare Pro, or our Unified Suite, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between NeatDOM Suite Inc. and your facility.
NeatDOM Care Suite provides electronic health record (EHR) documentation, shift logs, diaper/nap logs, medication compliance tools, and family communication widgets. You acknowledge that our software acts solely as a documentation repository and administrative tool.
IMPORTANT: NeatDOM is not a licensed medical provider and does not give medical advice. The software is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment, nurse delegation, or teacher supervision. It is the sole responsibility of the facility and its licensed personnel to double-check medication logs, dose timing, and allergen profiles manually.
We offer a 14-day free trial for all plans. To establish your subscription, you must configure a payment method via Stripe Checkout. You will not be charged during the 14-day trial period, and you can cancel anytime. Billed subscription renewals are processed automatically on a monthly or annual cycle based on your selection.
Facility administrators are responsible for provisioning credentials to their staff (Nurses, Caregivers, Teachers) and families. You agree to keep login tokens confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized system entry.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeatDOM Suite Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from medication logging inaccuracies, data entry errors by facility staff, or system downtime. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by your facility in the 12 months preceding the claim.
